Philippines
- Metro Manila: 3–7 business days
- Provincial areas: 5–10 business days
International
- Estimated delivery is 7–36 days, depending on your country's postal service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Free shipping is included in your purchase.
Only domestic (Philippines) orders can be tracked via LBC Express. As for International, tracking is not available for shipping.
What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?
Once your package has been dispatched, MAISON MACU is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier or postal service.
